  • Hand-driven, three-way coordinated, universal, syringe machine (previously undisplayed)

    Hand-driven, three-way coordinated, universal, syringe machine for dosing dough with precisely determinated weights on pans and pans with moulds – small cakes, puff pastries, biscuits etc. The machine doses simultaneously from one to four dosages of dough and injects them simultaneously with one to four doses of chocolate, honey, jam, jam cream, cottage cheese, etc into the baked product too.

    Innovation - The injection unit of the machine can move along in three directions : forward - backward, left - right, up - down.
    The machine is ergonomic and is tested in real work conditions.

    All machine parts which contact with the food products are made of stainless steel. The weight of a dosed piece is from 5 to 200 gr. based on adjustable regulation. If cleaning is necessary on parts, contacting with the food products, they are easily disassembled from the machine and cleaned, without any special technical interventions. The machine has been tested in production conditions.

    The small-sized machine works mainly with oiled and meat doughs. The products are with precisely determinated weights and varied forms. The small-sized machine has been tested in production conditions.

    Innovation - 3D thick-layered figures can be formed with a guaranteed unsticking of the molds from the molding shafts.

  • Small-sized machine for dividing dough to pieces, covered with liquid grease (previously undisplayed)

    Simultaniously the small-sized machine devides the dough to pieces, with precision determinate weights, and convers their surface with liquid grease. It arranges them into special trays with moulds. The machine dosages simultaneously five pieces of greased dough into the moulds.

    Optionally on the dough pieces is added filler. After the baking, the product has an individual, esthetic form and is easily detachable to bits with good looks and with distinctive taste. The small-sized machine has been tested in production conditions.

    The small-sized machine divides dough to pieces with precisely determined weight and arranges them into trays with moulds. It is mainly used to produce semi-manifactured „SAVARIN” food with high durability - 6 months. They are used by pastry cooks and housewives to be syruped and decorated at home.

    It can also be used for cake production and more. The small-sized machine has been tested in production conditions.
